Otters Holt, The Cotswolds

C H A L L E N G E:

Laurie & Chris, owners of Otters Holt - a luxury lakeside escape in the heart of the Cotswolds - came to me with a challenge: while weekends and school holidays were fully booked, midweek stays were lagging behind.

T H I N K I N G:

We needed to reach a different audience. The goal? Target guests without school-age children and with the freedom to travel midweek - think remote workers, retirees, couples and spontaneous escape-seekers.

C R E A T I O N:

I produced a bank of luxury, design-led content showcasing the property’s serene setting and high-end details - intentionally steering away from a family-focused angle. This sat on a beautifully curated instagram feed designed to appeal to a more flexible, style-conscious traveller.

From there, I developed and ran a targeted Meta ads campaigns, putting Otters holt in front of people most likely to book midweek breaks.

I M P A C T:

Midweek bookings increased consistently, bringing in a new stream of revenue outside peak dates - and creating a loyal base of repeat guests who return season after season.
